Who I am

This website is run by Neelam Shahzadi, an AI Local SEO Specialist. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Neelam Shahzadi. You can contact me about privacy at hello@theneelamseo.com.

What I collect

When you book a call, the booking form collects your name, your email address and anything you choose to write in the notes. When you email me, I receive your email address and the content of your message.

I don’t sell your information and I don’t use it for advertising.

How I use it

I use your details to arrange and hold the call you booked, to reply to your messages and, if we work together, to deliver the work. My lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Services that process your data

Bookings are handled by Cal.com, and booking details are added to my Google Calendar and sent to my Google email. This website is hosted by Hostinger. Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics, only with your consent. These providers process data on my behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, for example which pages they view and whether they click a booking button. Analytics only runs if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject, no analytics cookies are set. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again. This website does not use advertising cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which may set cookies it needs to work.

How long I keep it

I keep booking and email records for as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry or our work together, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email hello@theneelamseo.com and I will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
